Vox AI Phone is operated by Voxai Solutions. These Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS lead-notification program provided to business owner Clients who have signed up for our service.

Program Description Vox AI Phone sends SMS lead notifications to business owner Clients ("Clients") who have signed up for our AI phone answering service. When a prospect calls a Client's dedicated Vox AI phone number and leaves their information, we send a short SMS alert to the Client's cell phone letting them know a new lead has been captured. The full lead details are sent to the Client via email.

Who Receives Messages SMS messages are sent ONLY to paying business owner Clients who have provided their cell phone number and consented to receive notifications during signup. Callers and prospects who reach a Client's Vox AI phone number do NOT receive any SMS messages from Voxai Solutions.

Message Frequency Message frequency depends on how often the Client's business receives calls. A Client may receive multiple SMS notifications per day during busy periods.

Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out To stop receiving SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To resume, reply START.
