Vox AI Phone ("we," "our," "us") is operated by Voxai Solutions. We provide AI-powered phone answering services to small business owners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our service, whether as a business owner who hires us or as a caller who reaches one of our client's phone numbers.
1. Who Uses Our Service
Vox AI Phone is a service sold to small business owners ("Clients"). When a Client signs up, we set up an AI phone agent that answers their business calls and captures lead information on their behalf. People who call our Clients' phone numbers ("Callers") are interacting with our Client's business, not with Voxai Solutions directly.
2. Information We Collect
From Clients (business owners who hire us):
- Name
- Business name
- Email address
- Cell phone number (for lead notification SMS)
- Billing information
From Callers (people who call our Clients' business numbers):
- Name
- Callback phone number
- Reason for calling
- Call recordings and transcripts (for service quality and lead delivery to the Client)
3. How We Use Information
We use Client information to:
- Provide and maintain the AI phone answering service
- Send SMS notifications to the Client's cell phone when a new lead is captured
- Email the Client a full summary of each captured lead
- Bill for services and provide customer support
We use Caller information solely to deliver the lead to the Client whose business was called. Callers do not receive any SMS, email, or other communication from Voxai Solutions.
4. SMS Messaging Consent (Clients Only)
SMS messages are only sent to Clients (business owners who have signed up for our service). When a Client signs up for Vox AI Phone, they provide their cell phone number and consent to receive SMS notifications when new leads are captured by their AI phone agent.
Sample SMS messages a Client may receive:
- "Vox AI: New lead just called. Check your email for full details."
- "Vox AI: 2 new leads this morning. Check your inbox."
SMS frequency depends on how often the Client's business receives calls. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
Callers do not receive SMS messages from Voxai Solutions.
5. Opt-Out and Help
Clients can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. To resume, reply START.

6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our service (such as our SMS delivery provider, email provider, and call processing platform) is permitted solely to operate the service. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Caller information is shared only with the specific Client whose business was called. We do not share Caller information with any other party.
7. Call Recordings
Calls handled by our AI phone agent may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of capturing lead information and improving service quality. Callers are interacting with the AI agent on behalf of the Client's business.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
9. Your Rights
Clients and Callers may request to access, correct, or delete their personal information by emailing info@voxaiphone.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
